1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern access to Signalaxis, including its alerts, market-analysis tools, Academy, practice activities and related content. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. Access to member features depends on your account permissions and subscription status.
2. Information, not personalized advice
Signalaxis provides general informational and educational content about SPX and US stock options. Alerts are not personalized investment, legal or tax advice, nor an instruction or offer to buy or sell a security. We do not assess your financial situation, suitability or risk tolerance, manage your assets, hold client funds or execute orders. You are solely responsible for your independent decisions and broker instructions. Nothing in these Terms excludes obligations or rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
3. AI-assisted analysis and manual review
Signalaxis uses a hybrid workflow that combines manual analysis and editorial review with automated programming and AI-assisted analysis where those features are enabled. Contracts, reference prices, session volume, notes and statuses can be entered manually or prepared with analytical tools. Administrators review candidate alerts and decide whether to publish, amend or withdraw them. The degree of automation varies by feature; an alert is not necessarily generated by AI, and automated calculations are not necessarily AI outputs. Human review and automated systems can both produce errors, omissions or delays. Neither AI involvement nor manual review guarantees accuracy, a successful trade or a particular return. Alerts remain general information for your independent assessment.
4. Options risk and execution
Options trading involves substantial risk. A buyer may lose the entire premium and fees; certain option-selling strategies can create losses exceeding the amount initially received, potentially without limit. Rapid price movement, time decay, volatility, expiration, liquidity and bid-ask spreads can materially affect results. Reference entry prices may no longer be available. Targets, stops and statuses are informational and do not constitute guaranteed executions or loss limits. Always verify the exact contract and current executable quote with your broker.
5. Data, alerts and availability
Prices, volume figures and analytical outputs may come from manual inputs or connected data services, depending on the feature. Check the displayed timestamp and data status; reference, delayed and historical values are not live executable quotes. A published contract alert must meet a reported minimum of 50,000 contracts in session volume for its exact strike, option type and expiration. This threshold is not independent verification of the report, a measure of open interest or a promise of liquidity. No minimum number or frequency of alerts is promised. Data access, delivery and feature availability depend on enabled integrations and may be delayed, interrupted or unavailable. Only explicitly enabled notification channels form part of the service.
6. Illustrations, training and performance
Illustrative contracts, Academy examples, Arena exercises and hypothetical simulator results are educational material, not a record of executed trades. Paper trading uses virtual funds and does not place orders with a broker; simulation results can differ materially from live execution. Performance figures should be read with their stated source, period, methodology and costs. An alert archive alone does not establish actual fills or verified returns. Historical, simulated or hypothetical results may not reflect achievable prices, fees, slippage or future conditions. Past results, user experiences and analytical outputs do not guarantee future outcomes.
7. Premium pricing and billing
Signalaxis Premium is priced at US$120 per month unless a different offer is expressly shown at checkout. A payment obligation arises only when you complete an enabled checkout and authorize the stated charge. Before purchase, review the total price, applicable taxes, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation instructions and refund policy presented there. Where you authorize recurring billing, renewal continues under those disclosed terms until cancelled. Access depends on the paid or otherwise authorized membership period. Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the policy disclosed at purchase and applicable law; nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights. Browsing the website or creating an account alone does not authorize a charge.
8. Account security and acceptable use
Keep your account secure and notify the operator through the available account channel of suspected unauthorized access. Do not share restricted access, redistribute member alerts commercially, scrape the service at scale, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with operation, or use the service for unlawful conduct. Access may be suspended for material misuse or security reasons, subject to applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
Signalaxis branding, original interface, software and original content are owned by the operator or licensed to it. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the service for permitted use. No ownership rights are transferred. Third-party data, trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Service limitations and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is supplied as available without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or profitability. To that extent, the operator is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, indirect or consequential losses resulting from use or inability to use the service. Where lawful, aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid for the service in the three months before the relevant event. These limitations do not exclude fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Privacy and third-party services
Account identity and membership records are used to control access. Saved watchlists, learning progress and training records support your personal workspace. Market-data credentials configured by the administrator are used to request provider data and are not published to members. Brokers, market-data providers, identity services and payment services operate under their own terms. Enabling a third-party feature may require those services to process the information necessary to provide it. A separate Privacy Notice must explain the applicable data practices and user rights; these Terms do not replace that notice.
12. Changes to the service and these Terms
Features and these Terms may be updated as the service develops. Material changes to subscription terms will be communicated before they apply, consistent with applicable law. Feature descriptions refer to the capabilities enabled for your account and do not promise that every tool, data feed or automation is continuously available. Nothing in these Terms represents regulatory approval, guarantees an exemption from applicable requirements or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
